Runge Guarantee

First and foremost, we want our customer's to be happy with their purchases. To that end, we have a "30 day happiness guarantee." If for any reason our customers want to return an item within 30 days, they can.

1 - 7 days Return for cash refund, excluding the following; -Stainsafe protection purchase or delivery fees (if merchandise must be picked up and no exchange is being made, there will be a pick-up charge)

8 - 30 days In-store credit only for merchandise returned. If customer exchanges merchandise for something of a lessor value, they may receive a refund of the difference paid on the original purchase.

The above return policy assumes the merchandise being returned is in "appropriate" condition, i.e. clean, etc. excluding smoke or pet damage.
