Used the brand new dryer for the first time on 11/9/19 and it quit working 15 minutes after it started. Still sitting waiting for part.... would be quicker to send me a new dryer as parts are two weeks out. Id rather have a new dryer! Company arriving on the 23rd!

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and have used it several times since then. It drys everything so nicely and everything comes out wrinkle free. It is huge and so it dries a big load with no problem. Love the steam option. You can throw dry wrinked clothes in it and apply the steam option to "iron" them while you get ready. Wrinkles gone! We have the washer too and have them stacked. They fit perfectly into the small space we have in our kitchen entry way. The color blends nicely into the light gray walls we have. Beautiful machines! So happy we got them!

It's the best dryer I ever purchased! A king comforter fits easily into the dryer, and the end result is a comforter that is completely dry and wrinkle free.

Shorted out on third load

We just bought this dryer a month ago as part of a set because our washer died after years of use. Hooked up the washer right away and have loved it. Just hooked up the dryer today and it died on the second load. Troubleshooting found the dryer to of condensed moisture on the inside and shorted out the controls. Very disappointed as this was a very expensive unit that is now useless after two loads.

I could not be happier with my new whirlpool washer and dryer. They are so quiet. The steam feature on the dryer is great for quick touch ups if you don't have time to iron. These are extra large capacity. You can fit almost 3 normal loads into one. I had my Whirlpool Duet set for over 15 years and it was still running like it was brand new. I hope these last as long.
