Nice quality upgrade for an oven. Connects to WiFi super easy with WPS button on router, except the app doesn't work and the auto time set was off by a minute so there's no point to have WiFi. My 15 year old Whirlpool oven would count down how long it takes to preheat but this one doesn't. The grates are so rough any towel or cloth leaves lint behind when trying to clean.

INTERMITTENT GAS LEAK!!

This unit came with my new home and I've had nothing but a HEADACHE with it since I first started using it. I must say that I rarely use my oven. I use my stove top occasionally and more frequently than the oven. It was when I started using the broiler to cook corn on the cob this summer that I began smelling gas afterward. Not immediately afterward, but hours later and into the following days. It must be a very small leak because as time goes on it gets stronger and stronger smelling. First I had the gas company out to 'sniff' for gas and gas was detected in a couple different places. I was told to call for appliance service. Service man could find no problem, but I'd had the gas turned off at the valve behind the stove before he arrived. He told me to get a 2nd opinion with a different service provider. I keep the gas valve turned off as I WILL NOT live with a gas leak in my house! That takes my stove out of commission. I'm resorting to using a single hot plate and now am looking for a toaster oven. I'm looking for a "2nd opinion" but no guarantees they'll find the leak either! I so want a different stove!

Aqua-Lift is a JOKE !!

THIS IS NOT A SELF CLEANING OVEN !!! They offer Aqua-Lift (??). Pour water on the bottom of the oven, but even Whirlpool agrees it doesn't get the oven clean. AND you can't use a conventional oven cleaner. You're to use Affresh Oven Cleaner, but I was told by Whirlpool that you have to rinse thoroughly so no residue. DON'T BUY THIS STOVE ! BUY GE - THEY OFFER A MUCH BETTER SELF CLEANING OVEN !!!!!

I like this stove a lot. The "EZ lift" interior doesn't really work that well but it's better than nothing. I LOVE the easy to lift grates. They make cleaning up so easy. And being able to stick a frozen pizza in without having to heat the stove up first is fantastic!

Ranges have come a long way in the last 20 years

Our oven that came with the house died and we had to replace it. This is has a LOT more functionality than the 1999 Kenmore it replaced. First, it's wi-fi enabled. Download the Whirlpool app and you can control the oven with your smart phone. It must be on your 2.4 GHz home network. It's glitchy on the 5GHz band. The burner in the middle is oblong and it heats the included griddle pretty evenly. It has rapid pre-heat and once you're cooking, it maintains its temperature. You can scan a bar code on a frozen package and the oven will set itself. How cool is that? There are three cooking racks and the built-in convection cooks faster and more evenly if you use it. The oven also has steam clean capability.

Love the stove but striker broke in 2 months

I took delivery of new stove a few weeks ago. The inside of door has scratches on it & will be replaced in 2 days. I like the 2 large burners in the front, instead of 1 large in front & 1 large in back as was my old KitchenAid. I would like to know how to clean the cast iron grills. When trying to wipe the grills everything I use snags on the grills. I have not used the oven yet.

I bought this stove a few weeks ago and I am please so far. Had some real issues getting the stove to connect to the Whirlpool app but they fixed it on their end. The book that comes with the stove gives very vague descriptions of the features so some things I feel like I'm guessing about but the thought behind them is there.

It's an awesome oven and it's easy to clean. My only complaint is that it would not connect to the Internet, I called my Internet provider and they said everything was in line, so I kept re-attempting it and then it finally worked after about 7 more attempts. storage drawer is a little flimsy.

Great features and design for this price point. really enjoy cooking (much faster and truer) with this stove. It has one design flaw though. The 4 burners are not spaced appropriately to utilize multiple burners at the same time or with the center burner in use. They really need to be further apart, rather than bunched so close together.
