I am so happy with this range. The heavy duty quality of materials used made me fall in love with it. It is made in America and is like the ranges made 50 years ago. Even when it is dirty, you can't tell it. You only know that you have used it and it must need cleaning. The stainless Steele doesn't show finger prints and the stainless steel knobs are to die for. You don't have to worry about directions on knobs being washed off if you use the wrong cleaner. The interior shelves are roomy and will hold several cookie sheets. The burners are powerful, with several choices of BTUs. It really feels and looks like a very expensive professional range for a less expensive price. I haven't gotten around to using the smart features yet, as I am home most of the time. I just love it.

We bought this prior to a full kitchen remodel to match a low profile microwave. Had to wait over a month for arrival, no problem since we had the kitchen gutted. The hinged edge to edge grates and convection oven was a plus. Not sure about Web connection yet. The manufacturer needs to put a flat plug on this thing, if the wall socket isn't in the right spot, the plug sticks out from the wall quite a bit, bumping the unit itself. The look and match of the microwave is impeccable.

Good features but tough to keep clean

I've had this range about 9 months now. We have had no trouble with it. I like the convection oven, the burners do seem a little close but not an issue for me. I wish the slow cook burner was in the front not in the back. My one complaint is the cleaning system. I find the Aqua lift cycle useless. I've used it with burned on spills and fresh ones. I still need to scrub to get it clean and it doesn't do anything for the normal grease type stuff that gets on the sides. The black top also shows everything. I haven't used the internet connection. It's nice that the top grates are removable but they are too big to fit in the dish washer.

Great stove. Easy to clean. Very precise cooking (cooks fast so be careful even on low the heat faster than some other gas stoves) I wish the burners we're a little more spread width wise even 1" further from the center burner since it makes the one side of your pots very hot if you have the griddle on. Buttons are a little bit of a hard press.

Pretty good but it has some ANNOYING flaws.

I've owned this range for about a year and overall it's just fine. The burners do their thing but I wish they we positioned a little bit further outward. That's really only a minor flaw and as long as you plan your cooking. The first major flaw is the rapid preheat button. Why wouldn't you always preheat rapidly? Why would you ever want to preheat slowly? The whole concept baffles me and everyone I've ever shown including some home chefs that have skills beyond my ability and might understand why something like this would exist. The second major flaw is the convection side of the oven. The oven doesn't allow you to choose your convection temperature. No matter the input it will always default to a factory setting. This makes following recipes that have set temperatures impossible. The last flaw is the cast iron grates. They seem to burn up and get thinner over time. They seem to have stopped getting thinner now after about a year and a half but they are definitely thinner in spots over the burners. Hoping this helps.

Installed about two weeks ago. Works as expected. Good cooktop, oven and broiler. Even heat. Highly recommended. One note: DO NOT hook this up to the internet via a smart phone. There is a known vulnerability (in the literature six years ago (in a peer reviewed paper from Japan)) that allows a man-in-the-middle attack to occur. Just use it as a gas range - it is excellent.

Received it three weeks ago. Having difficulties using the oven controls hard to depress keypad and follow the electronic keysteps. Also stove burners knobs have no settings other then high. We have only had it one month and I am not disappointed. I've used the Aqua Clean feature and it works as advertised. I was able to start wiping the oven out immediately after the cycle completed. Usually, an oven is just that; too hot to stick your head in it. I had to use a little elbow grease to clean the spill, but it came clean, with just water. The top is so easy to clean with the EZ-2-Lift grates. All in all, so far, I am very happy with this product.
