Worst oven ever owned

The builder put this oven in. It has been repaired 3+ times since moving in 4 months ago. Sad they don't sell the other one any longer. Having to replace this one and don't have many options due to cut out. Don't buy.

Would rate higher if it was consistent

We bought this about 5 months ago when we moved into our new home. Since then the unit has worked great with the exception of having to reset timer or hard power cycle when unit is stuck. However, as I type this the unit is stuck on the hour glass and won't do anything. This is extremely inconvenient on the 4th of July weekend with tons of left overs and no way to heat them. Called the service center and it's closed. Hopefully I can get someone to look at it first thing in the morning.

I like this appliance in that it fits my needs; however, so far I have had to reset the time, date because the microwave just decides to randomly go back to the default time and date. So far it's been at least 3 times. The unit has been installed for about 3 wks. Have not reported the issue yet.

We bought this month ago sight unseen based on reviews of earlier non WiFi models with simpler controls. It was installed 3 weeks ago and failed Sept. 1st after using it only 3 times. The touch screen was displaying an hourglass after interrupting the oven keeping a dish warm. The hourglass would not go away and the touch screen was unresponsive. Power cycling at the circuit breaker repeatedly would not 'reboot' unit. After waiting for nearly an hour for whirlpool customer service on 9/4 they scheduled a local repair on 9/7/18. Service call was rescheduled for the 9/11/18 by the provider. Was unable to repair it on that date as the replacement touch screen had not been received but did dismantle and confirm it wasn't a simple loose connection. Was not able to pinpoint the failed item and ordered 2 more components 'just in case'. Won't be back until 9/20/18 to make the repairs. This really has been inconvenient and disappointing. I feel like returning the unit but will give them the chance to make it fix it. In return Whirlpool should provide a extended warranty and /or option to return should it fail again.
