The remote Smart Remote does not work, was informed by Whirlpool the system needed to be updated and that would not happen for more than a week. Spent several hours on the phone on hold and being toggled between the US and Canada related o he Fit System Limited Guarantee. Very poor results overall.

I am enjoying using my oven. Only complaint is that end of cycle beeper is not loud enough. Cannot hear from another room.

The features on the oven are working well however the interface with the Whirlpool app is no good. The pre heat feature alerts me after the food is cooked and oven is off. I can't control the oven with the app at all. The rating in the App Store is 2 stars. No good.

everything works except...............

Per instruction, that I can use my smartphone to operate the oven using Whirlpool app but I could not even get the code to verify my account so I could not used my cellphone to operate the oven. Other than that everything works but I can't recommend it to anybody.
