I find the control panel to be very finicky to use. After the door is opened, the resume feature doesn't always work. It may just be growing pains bit so far I am not impressed.

Unhappy with touchscreen

You need pictures to go along with the text on operating instructions. I have a very hard time getting the screen to accept my touch. I don't know if I'm using the wrong finger, touching too hard or too light. I am not a young woman and I'm very frustrated with the screen. We bought a refrigerator several years ago and it leeks water from the freezer, my dish washer will not flip open the soap dispenser so I just put it on the floor of the machine. Don't know if that is why my silverware is not always clean, and one of my cook top burners will not sit level. They are all Whirlpool. At this point I don't know why I bought another of your products. '

So far the oven is performing well. Concerned about the self-cleaning feature in that we've been warned from several different sources that using self clean puts the electronic mother board in jeopardy, requiring a replacement at significant cost.

A long overdue upgrade!

Finally had to put our 47 year old wall oven to rest. The new Whirlpool is a great upgrade - nice clean looking design, easy features, simple to use, nice even temperature, love the large glass door and the large digital display - even this 80 year old can handle it!
