Doesn't work!

Purchased oven new in March. Wouldn't heat up to correct temp. Would receive error message F15P. Had over serviced 5 times still doesn't work. Don't buy!

Fatal Flaw: your food'll burn EVERY. SINGLE.TIME

I used to like Whirlpool. We had a wall oven from 2002 that worked great. The warning beep when your food was done was loud enough that I could hear it in even when in my basement or from upstairs. So, when our 2002 model finally failed, we bought the 2019 model. We took delivery of it in Jan 2019. At first, I loved it. It had the benefit of nifty new technology. The cooking was great. EXCEPT, it has a FATAL FLAW: the warning beep that your food is cooked is so low that even when you're in the kitchen you won't be able to hear it! I thought initially that it was on the lowest volume setting. Actually, it was on the highest! I couldn't believe it. This means that unless I am right beside the oven (within 6 feet of it), I can't hear the warning beep. Who stands beside their oven, waiting for it to finish? No one does! Most everyone multi-tasks, whether preparing other dishes, setting the table, tending to their kids, talking on the phone, feeding the cat, or whatever. So, I now regularly burn food. When I called Whirlpool customer service, they sent out a repairman. They (and we) thought there was a problem with the warning beep. Perhaps the speaker was faulty. But no, it turns out that it's a design flaw. Some Whirlpool engineer (who never cooks) thought it would be a great idea to turn the speaker so low that cooks everywhere now burn their food.

Elegant with multiple features

control screen shot within 2 days

It's a beautiful unit, but we didn't spend all this money to look at it. The unit was installed on a Monday, but by Wed the screen turned into black & while stripes like the other reviewer's pictures. Cut power from circuit breaker to reset, and the screen came back. By Friday, it's dead again! On a brand new unit? A search on other appliance stores including Home Depot reveals similar experiences. This is by far the worst quality we've seen from Whirlpool.

Doesn't Work - Control Panel Issue

We purchased this new wall oven on Black Friday Sales weekend locally. It was delivered and installed. Right away we had an issue. We found out today that it is a KNOWN issue. PLUS, the control panel is on BACK ORDER and do not know when it will come in to be replaced. Apparently a lot are in this condition per the repairman. Very displeased that buyers were not made aware of this known issue. We have a "NEW" oven we can't use. Totally displeased.

Never work at all. Return to Lowes 11/28/18

Customer experience cntr. promise a tech would be out on 11/28/18 by noon. This didn't happen. On the 28th, after 1:00 pm, I contacted your ctr. to see why the Tech didn't show. I was placed on hold and after staying on the line waiting the associate to return, I was hung up on.

There was a learning period to using the new onscreen controls. For example, somehow, it change to the "Demo Mode" and we had to ask for help in changing this. I first tried online help with "NO RESULTS". I could not even book a tech visit there. A telephone call was more effective and the problem was quickly solved on a tech visit. We like the oven but your on-line help could be improved.
