Freezer does not work

We bought this refigerator 6/22/19 and noticed it had periods where the freezer did not seem to be working properly. This weekend we found food half thawed so we turned the thermostat to the coldest setting. No change. Refrigerator is barely cool now. Less than 6 months of use. We bought this as we have had great luck with Whirlpool previously. I am waiting for a serviceman to contact me about a repair. Do not buy this refrigerator!

Love whirlpool

I've always had good luck with whirlpool but I hate that there is no egg holder in this fridge. Something you have been used to your whole life isn't there anymore. While the fridge is the same size as my old one shelf placement, drawers and door holders are configured so that there is less room. Freezer is great.

Do not need all the fancy touches. I like it except i did not realize it did not come with a ''LIGHT' in the freezer! Really!

Capability to add an ice maker

We bought this refrigerator recently to use as a secondary refrigerator to help us get through an unhappy experience with another brand of refrigerator that has been on the fritz for almost 7 months. We decided to give a less expensive refrigerator a try. So far, everything is working great. Ice maker is making plenty of ice. It is really hard getting used to top freezer again, but happy to have reliable refrigerator again.
